Cant believe it, so pleased. Took me ten weeks instead of nine but I dont care just glad to have stuck to it and not given up. The sense of achievement you feel every time you get over the next milestone in the plan is amazing. Thankyou to everyone in this community, thers always somebody at the same point or feeling the same way. Its great to share setbacks and achievements and get encouragement either through direct comments or by reading posts from people in the same position.
