Update - week 6 done!

I have been ludicrously busy the past few weeks, so haven't been on the website much, but have been fitting in the running here there and everywhere, and am pleased to say I've just finished week 6. I didn't realise W6R3 was 25 mins running straight until I got started, but I now feel AWESOME, and have got back the motivation that I lost in W6R1 which I found particularly hard!

Anyway, hoping for some down time in the next couple of weeks, so look forward to catching up with this forum and enjoying the running more than just trying to slot it in!

Well done, it's posts like this that make me think that I can do it, I've just completed W2R2 and was going at a reasonable speed but to run for longer will have to slow down. It feels so hard when I'm doing it but the weeks to come look daunting so reading about people who've managed to do it keeps me in the right frame of mind. Thanks !


I was thinking it all looked pretty daunting at week 2 too, but it's amazing how quickly you adapt to it, and I really didn't think twice about running for 25 mins yesterday, which is amazing considering I didn't think I could run for a whole minute just five weeks ago! I definitely enjoy it more when I slow down the pace and complete the run more easily, but now I'm finding I can up the pace too. Keep going, you can definitely do it! :)


Hi, I'm on week 9 and still can't believe that I can run for 30 minutes! Week 6 Run 1 and 2 were by far the worse runs for me and I was dreading the rest of the programme but it was all good and I've only got 2 runs till graduation!!! If I can do it anyone can. Xxx
