Last week I had a bad couple of runs, it made me think I had lost all motivation. Had a couple of days off then on Sunday I went back and did wk6 r2, it was hard but I did it and felt much better. This morning I have completed wk6 r3 - a full 25 mins non stop run! I am so proud of myself! I really enjoyed it too! This is due mostly I believe to all the support I have had from this site. Thankyou so much for comments and hints - wonderful!
