Wk6 R3 done this was hard after a few days off bad but I did it 25 mins non stop but It was hard but done time to recover then on to Wk7 R 1 (I can do this ) 🏃♂️🏃♂️🏃♂️🏃♂️🏃♂️🏃♂️
