Week 8 good and bad days! But still feeling positive.

I had a fantastic w8r2 a couple of days ago. I ran with my chocolate lab, got absolutely soaked, didn't hear the finish from c25k app as it is very quiet and when I looked I saw that I had run 4.55k in 30 minutes and was very pleased with myself.

Yesterday, on my rest day, I did a 16k bike ride (1st ever and my butt cheeks are killing me!) and my usual 1 hour of swimming.

Today, I really struggled from the start! I managed to keep going for 21 minutes then I had to walk. Yes, I'm a little disappointed but I do feel it's not the end of the world. I will have a proper rest day and tackle the run again. I know I can do this because of all the inspirational people on here.

I cant believe how far I have come. I almost died after running 8 x 1 minutes! I can' really say i have found any of it easy and my weight loss has been very slow but my shape has really changed and i am feeling so much better for it. I still ran for 21 minutes and I am too close to graduation to give this up.
