ended up having two rest days, went out last night just after heavy rain fall and smashed it - i actually lost myself in the moment (could i be getting the running bug)!!!!!!

How do I do it with 3 young children - you know my gp asked me the same question on Monday afternoon.
Hubby gets home, usually oldest 2 are in bed already, put his tea on feed the baby and then off I go - I like to run in the evening as less people about whilst im feeling self concious of myself bouncing around the village - but then I shouldnt be embarrased as we all have to start somewhere and whilst im not nearly as fit as some I am by far fitter than those still sitting on the couch.
Ive yet to try out the strength and flex.
Now Im not sure if I should repeat week 1 or give week 2 a bash and see how that pans out.
If it turns out im not quite ready I can always revert to week 1 again I guess x
