So, this was the second 25 minute run. It seemed harder today than the previous. I did run extra this week, so I wonder if I am just tired. Taking tomorrow off and hopefully that will help. I made it all the way through, but was really out of steam the last 5 mins or so. Nonetheless, I still cannot believe that I can even do it...still amazed by this program! Congrats to all who are surprising themselves--happy running!

Congratulations on running this far, it feels amazing doesn't it when it hits you that 'oh gosh I'm actually running!!'. Enjoy your rest day & I hope it helps
Just to let you know I am on week 7 too the first run of the week, I struggled all the way round, felt sick and everything, even felt like giving up, but went out yesterday to do my second run and even thought I struggled still, the last minute I tried to run faster and I managed it and my legs were not so weak and jelly like, so I must be getting slightly used to it, so pleased you managed it too, you will get good runs and bad ones, Not too long now.
I also found 2nd run really difficult but keep going, 3rd run for me was a breeze and I have now just completed week 8, just remember everyone's comments, occasionally you have a bad day.
Week 7 was my hardest week and I had to really slow down to get through the longer runs from then on. Well done on completing it. You're neally there!
