Just come back from week 7 - 2nd run, so much better than the last one, was about to give up felt sick loads last time and even my hand tingled which was odd, but this run I didnt feel sick, and even for the first time when she said last minute have a go at running a little faster, I did yay. I did eat a banana about an hour before the run so maybe that helped me with the sickness. Still finding the running hard and esp the breathing, but have no stopped on any of the runs yet!!!!!!

Does your hand still tingle? I ask because my right hand tingles on and off, not earth shattering or painful but annoying as I find myself rubbing it to try and make it stop!
