I did it! 2 weeks ago i didn't believe i could run for 30 seconds but here i am having finished week 2. I'm amazed, i know that i've a long way to go but im actually staring to believe i might actually do this!

I'm not one of those people who ran as a teenager, i have never been able to run. I remember the embarassment of either tripping over my ownfeet or having to stop after a few yards as i was huffing and puffing like a steam train !

Move forward a few years and here i am at 30, over 6 stone lighter, fitter than i've ever been and with some huge challenges under my belt taking on the one challenge that scares me, running. I know i've gone from total couch potato to climbing mountains but i still wouldn't have believed in a million years i'd be doing C25K but here i am and i'm here to stay (o:

I know there will be ups and downs along the way and i may not make it in 9 weeks but for the 1st time i know i will make it, and if i can do this anyone can.

Bring it on C25K because I will not be beaten !
