Well that's W1R2 done this morning, I was dreading it but wasn't as bad as I thought. I even managed to notice the lovely morning, but that didn't last when I got half way through lol. It's good to get the excercise over with now I have 46.5 hrs till R3 lol, I don't think that is the way you are supposed to look at it. I hope one day I can actually look forward to the runs (or plodding at the moment) . But to be honest I am feeling better already so it must be doing something good for the mind as well as the body.
