Perhaps you should be notsounfit now ? I hope you're enjoying your plodding - I know I am.
maybe 'notasbadasIwasbutcoulddobetter', but thats long winded! ha ha. Funny how now I dont care that I plod, just so pleased I can do my own pace and keep going...and at least i'm off the coach. Plodders of the world unite!
Out of interest. I am in wk 6 and driven by the target of 5k 30 mins. Once that's achieved id iit hard to keep motivated or do you just enjoy the running?
