Plodding On

I'm now on week 4 although have been following the programme since 31.12.15. I repeated week 1 and 2 for several weeks until I felt more comfortable as I really struggled at first. I did wk4 run 1 yesterday and found the 5 minute runs difficult, but I did it! Feeling a real sense of achievement and have lost a stone in weight since starting. Still can not imagine being able to run for 30 mins but I'll see how I go.

Well done! It is difficult (I just suffered through W4 last week) but the important part is that you did it! Enjoy the feeling, it's a definite achievement :) Good luck!

Well done you, feel proud of yourself. Congratulations on your weight loss, you are doing amazing.

Stick with it and you will soon be on week 9, running for 30 minutes.

I do my final run of week 9 tomorrow, running for 30 minutes is still a struggle and I have to push myself through, but the buzz you get after completing a run is fantastic.

So far this year I have lost 21 lbs, through healthier eating and I aim to lose more.

Remember slow and steady, and that should be enough to see you through this programme, good luck you are doing brill xx

Well done to you too!! I still feel really ungainly when I'm running so try to go under the cover of darkness, resulting in earlier and earlier mornings. Will be glad when the clocks go forward.

It's ok to repeat each week as many times as you need. It's a personal journey, not a competition. So well done you for sticking with it and plodding on, and congratulations on the weight loss!
