Almost two weeks post graduation and I am still out there three times a week plodding on like a very slow snail. I am aiming to gradually increase distance until I get to 5K rather than speed at the moment so I am not concerned about being slow it;s just very satisfying to see the distance increasing ever so slightly and I will be ecstatic if/when I eventually get the magic number "5" as distance covered.
To all the beginners still on the first few weeks - you can do it, every week seems impossible but you manage it and then before you know it you've graduated.

Well done. I was out this morning in the lovely rain. Only one other person out it was great just plodding on at my own pace. Happy running 🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️😀😀😀
You should be proud of yourself for getting out there 3 times a week, that’s an achievement in itself, your speed and distance will improve as your getting fitter and building stamina week by week...well done Overweightandunfit stick with it 👍
I think setting a goal of any sort after completing C25k is almost necessary. So many people say “what’s next” after finishing w9, and feel a bit adrift. Well done on keeping up the three runs a week and consolidating.
What a positive post ! Well done for keeping the running going after graduation... as you say pace will cone with time, distance builds the stamina ! 👏👏💪
