Week one done feeling great too!

Well week one completed- this is the second time round for me after an eight week rest due to slipped disc and fractured sacrum :( last time I got to W5R3 - so good news to inspire any one who needs it - it's soooo much easier this time - yes it's in the gym on a treatmill but can't risk a stumble or slopes so now jogging at 9km on the flat but it's a joy to get moving again. Looking forward to week two and picking up the speed :)

Well done for getting back on the program and good luck with the rest of it :-) Remembering how great it felt to get to W5R3 must be quite an incentive too !
