Well week one completed- this is the second time round for me after an eight week rest due to slipped disc and fractured sacrum last time I got to W5R3 - so good news to inspire any one who needs it - it's soooo much easier this time - yes it's in the gym on a treatmill but can't risk a stumble or slopes so now jogging at 9km on the flat but it's a joy to get moving again. Looking forward to week two and picking up the speed
