Oh Gosh, I have never loved or cared so much about the people I don't know before I met this community. Perhaps this is what happens on all other virtual community blogs but I would not know as this is my first (and the best ) online community adventure. I am so happy to be here and I can't thanked people enough for their support and time they invest in supporting others.

Bit OTT but real !
I agree with you people do seem to care I have received so many messages of support after breaking my ankle on Saturday it is one of the nicest forums I have ever been envolved with.
I agree there are some great runners/writers on this site, I popped by tonight because I'm feeling nervous about the rest of week 5 and feel so much more positive now after reading through the posts - it always gives me that extra boost. So, yes, a big thanks to everyone who takes the time to contribute from me too!
I quite agree - the community spirit is very strong here - I can think of another Forum where it's just as good. I'm guessing the real shared experiences makes it easier to relate to each other - it's brill and so very helpful.
I too, agree with all of you. This is by far the best online community that I have come across, and it is the only one that I actively participate in. I check it almost daily, and enjoy reading the posts even though I might not leave a comment or blog myself.
The greater majority of the people are so inspiring and helpful. It just feels good to know that you are not going this fitness journey by yourself, and that there will always people on here who "got your back".
It's so positive and supportive, friendly and informative. For me it goes hand in hand with my running, and is a running club at its best. It doesn't seem 'virtual' because it is after all real people giving up their time to comment and blog and read.
