I have read and read the posts on here for weeks if not months now and have joined you (in my head)! Until tonight! I got out of the bloody door and did week 1, run 1! I can't believe I've done it. Why I was so apprehensive, I don't know. Thank you for each inspiring read and each pick me up/kick up the rear for anyone who's needed it. We all do, in different places at different times!!
Late last night I wrote down the runs in my diary and told my husband and sons when I was going to do it. I wrote down 5 things I was going to change, all achievable and mastered once at a time, no matter how long it took. More fruit n veg, walk more etc... Seeing it in writing has just made it 'click' for me. I need guidance and motivation, we'll being a part of this community has, is and will be an invaluable source of support, so big thanks to all, you're amazing doing what you're doing xxx
