Arrrghhhhhhhhh technology!! but kinda went well in the end!

Okay not quite so bad but some how my w5r3 mp3 didnt download properly and I only got the first 30 seconds of the pod cast. Discovered this much to my dismay after walking 15 minutes to a new running route!

Fortunately my already fit girlfriend decided to join me and she had brought her watch.

So 20 mins of uninterrupted running with no music. I didn't struggle actually and am sure I could have kept going for 10 more mins if Id paced myself a bit. Still bit annoyed i didnt have any music but kind of nice to hear the world passing by!

I should mention that my left foot went all numb at the end of it? Its probably because my laces were too tight but im not really sure!
