W9 R1/1a/2/3 All done!

I cannot say how happy and amazed I am that I have actually managed to finish the whole 9 weeks. Especially as I started the journey due to my 17 year old deciding she wanted to get fit for the festival season. She is now on her first festival weekend having run precisely half of W1R1 and not putting on her trainers again!

I did have a bit of a wobble this week (the only one I had) R1 was a disaster so I redid it on the treadmill this time. I lost my confidence outside after that so I completed the last 3 x 30 mins on the treadmill. Bit boring but I found some old tunes that kept me going.

I now have to get a bit quicker - I am only managing about 3.5k in 30 mins but after reading other blogs I know I will get there.

I will continue for a couple of weeks inside but will then get back out to the wonderful outdoors.

Thanks to everyone who takes the time to write their blogs - I have loved to read about the other 'runners' (sounds good) who have been around the same mark as me.

Well done to all and keep the running and blogging up. I am really proud of us all x
