I think this is the one that was available from facebook & was then removed when facebook removed discussion pages. it has a lady called sam who talks a bit & has lots of upbeat music that you can recognise. anything from britney spears to meatloaf! good luck x

Bridge to 10k, not an NHS production as far as I'm aware. I've not actually used it, just offered to host it for those that wanted for download it.

This is the one i Use, the music is ok and you are intructed when to slow down etc. I ran my first 10k a couple of weeks ago. Good luck
