Started week 9: I ran for 30 minutes! Didn't think I'd get here!

About 2 months ago on a very hot May day I did the first podcast hiding in some woods, hoping no-one would see me! Today the end is in sight, Laura is saying goodbye and I don't hide when I run. Really didn't think I would do it all when I started, I have to say well done to whoever designed the program and to Laura and the nhs for putting it into the podcasts - if it can work for this reluctant exerciser it can work for anyone! Thank you!

Congratulations! You really sum it all up nicely. I agree, this programme is so well thought out. I wish I could get everybody I know to do it. I'm at the same stage as you, did w9r1 yesterday and still can't believe it's the same Me who didn't do sport for over 30 years. See you at graduation!

Well said, well done and don't forget to send John (JR21) your message so that you get your graduate badge. Wear it with pride like we all do.

Well done to you. I started Week 9 Monday but it did not go to plan. I am out again in the morning and determined to do the 30 minutes.
