I have been fast walking on my treadmill for a cpl of weeks now and I have started running for a minute every 5mins. Last night however I managed to get in a min and a half. Does this mean I'm ready for a proper run?????

Have you started c25k yet? It definitely sounds like you are ready to and will have no problem with it. Listen to Laura and follow the routine. It works! I can now run for 3 minutes at a time, which is something I couldn't imagine saying just a couple of weeks ago! :)

I think you'll be fine with week one - go for it !

download the podcasts, Lindyloo, and join the c25k-ers. It's a great time-frame (couch to 5k in 9 weeks) and lots of support on here. Come back soon :)
