I've never done much running, but cardio vascular fitness is my weakest area by far. Completed the very first run today and I feel great, so excited for was to come!

Slow and steady is the way to go. No hurry, no rush, no pressure. Just slowly slowly and you’ll get to the end. You will be surprised at how quickly your puff improves 🙂
