Did day 1 this morning, I was dreading it but it wasn’t as bad I I thought it would be. I know it’s only day 1 but I did feel better for doing it 👍

Well done!
I was really nervous before and during that run. I've just done Week 2 Run 2 this morning and the improvement after 5 runs is beyond anything I could have imagined when I first set off.
I'm old, (too) heavy and slow but I'm really enjoying this so far.
Keep it up 👍
Congratulations on completing run 1 of week 1 and welcome to the forum and C25K, I am glad that you enjoyed your run today, some people think that run is the hardest run of the whole program, remember that you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to, drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration, keep ridgidly to the program, no running on consecutive days as that could cause a injury, onwards and upwards to run 2 of week 1 🏃🏾 👍.
I know what you mean about dreading it. I had to go out and do four one-minute runs with 2 minutes walking in between to make sure I could do that before I even signed up! I didn't enjoy the first real one, and the second one was even harder, with more aches afterwards, but since then it just keeps getting better. As everyone else says, the way you progress on his programme is magic!
Why do this? Hahaha x love your name
Yay, well done you did it. Even if you progress slowly and have to repeat runs/weeks -each run you do is another step towards the final goal. You're doing great.
Aw well
Done you!!! X I second the hydration advice as I have had heavy legs on a run when I didn’t drink plenty the day before the run x also feel free to repeat x I repeated runs on week 5 to make sure I was ready to start week 6 x I’m week 6 run 3 next x
I will bare the hydration in mind, great point 👍
Welcome to the forum and well done on getting started.
This guide to the plan is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5...
