5K at last!!!

OK, so I graduated 3 weeks ago, but still haven't managed to run 5k, up to about 4k max. Went on mapometer website and mapped out 5k, so I knew where I had to run too. Up early Saturday morning with my fiance and although it was certainly hard going and for the last few mins I really wanted to stop, but my fiance had finished first and then spurred me on and yes I did it. 5k completed, 38 mins, a bit slow I know but I was so chuffed!!

Well done and not slow at all, very respectful for your first 5k If there's a Parkrun near where you live you should go along to that, really great way keep you motivated and lots of fun

Thank you yes there is a parkrun in Hull and I have been thinking about it, but didn't want to try until I knew I could at least run 5k! I'll give it a go
