I will be finishing the program soon, and my next goal will be to increase my pace. I found this information, and it gives some pretty good tips on how to improve my speed. The author is a well-known U.S. runner, Jeff Galloway. His running program is very similar to C25K, and I may participate in one in preparation for a 5K race in September.
