I hope to start (and finish), week 9 next week, but still feel I ned someone talking me through it. Is there a follow up podcast from Laura?

you could always move on to the bridge to 10k program. its a 6 week program but does have a little bit of input, but best of all, new music!!

you might get "get ready to run" & "time for a minute walk" but not much more encouragement. if you fancy this then I would wait until you feel comfortable running for 30 mins before you move up to it as the first week is 4x10min runs with a minute walk break in-between.

if you put b210 podcasts into the search then it should show you how to get them.

share what I've been doing since graduation a few weeks ago. I run 5K every other day. Full stop....
