Was supposed to go out for my run W2R3 this morning at 9am but one thing led to another and I didn't get out til 2pm. It was only 17 degrees but very clammy, sticky, thundery feeling weather. Anyway, I was doing fine but I was really struggling with my breathing by the end of the second last run. By the end of the last one I could hardly breath at all (but recovered quickly). It was only when I was doing the cool down walk that I noticed that I had not been sweating, I was just really hot and clammy, my face had gotten redder and redder but not a drop of sweat. I thought it might be dehydration but I'd had a couple of glasses of water half an hour before I went out. Any thoughts?

I wish I had that problem, it pours from me, down my face and into my eyes - ugh! I wear a sweat band on each wrist and try and pop it up as I go along, not a pretty sight I can tell you.
It was just today, bit weird. I used to go to a cycling spin class and even had to wear a headband to keep the sweat out of my eyes! At least people know you are working hard then
