Where to resume??!!

Well i made it to week 7 run 2 - 25 mins but that was a whole 2 weeks ago! I wont bore you with excuses but back on it tomorrow. Where do I start back from? Where I left off and see how I get on?

Yes....go out....run...if you HAVE to stop before the 25 minutes you'll have a better feel for where you are, running wise. But I'm betting you'll be fine...

Go on and do the next run, and if you don't complete it just try again until you've successfully done so. Isn't that what you would have done anyway without the two week break?

There is no failure in this program when EVERY step forward is literally a step forward.

Take it steady with a nice regular pace and you'll be able to pick up exactly where you left off. My husband did the same thing and he was fine. I took some time off as I had a virus and thought the fitness that I had built up with such hard work over 7 weeks would go overnight!! No it didn't!! The run was hard work, but I did it - so there you go. Have confidence in your ability and I'm sure it will be a success. As keepntabs says "there is not failure in this program" - TRUE. Good luck and look forward to how you go one :)
