Good work!
Out of interest, how do you search results by club?
Type the club name and results into the Parkrun search bar
Parkrun sends me the results as when I registered the C25k as a club I had to give a name and email address of a person to receive the results.
If you click on the club name in a parkrun results list it will give you the results for all C25K runners in that parkrun that week.
I may not be available to publish the list next week so they may be a week late.
Great results! This is really motivational, and thank you Tygfuz for posting them.
And I have the slowest
Yours is not much difference from my run time. I must admit I sometimes feel a bit disheartened on seeing these other people doing faster times, especially on their first run.
I will have to do another run soon after a bit of a lay off due to a bad cough. Seeing the doc on Wednesday.
Maybe we should have another parkrun day and get as many runners as possible from NHS C25k out.
Thanks for this, will take a look at searching on clubs.
As I've just got my official membership card (get me) for the running club i've joined if i get round to updating my parkrun details i really should put their name...won't stop me seeing how everyone else is getting on though.
Hello all, I'm Lucy and I promise you I've worked mega hard to get fast. It might have been my first parkrun but I've been doing week 9 for 4 weeks now and using runkeeper to push myself to be faster and faster (oh, and all you lovely peeps on this forum have helped hugely). I really was on the couch but I do lots of walking as part of my job so I think that's helped.
And if anyone fancies the Guildford run this Saturday I'm the woman in the day-glo pink top, crazy union flag trainers and day-glo pink face (about 5 mins in).
I'm Elizabeth known to every one as Liz. If your doing Aberdeen this Saturday I'm wearing a green official bib and I'm stanidng at the finish line (Funnel Manager duty) making sure you all have your barcodes ready to be scanned. Well done Lucy thats an amazing time. I managed to knock 78 seconds off my PB Parkrun time last Saturday - Yeay.
I think I'm going this week Liz and won't miss the start this time!
Great times everyone
