My half marathon 12 week training programme is up on the wall and it'll be all systems go from Monday! Is it too childish to use gold stars at the end of every completed week!?!
I have also changed my entry from unaffiliated to showing NHS Couch to 5k as my running club! I had to do it officially via 'sports systems' who are looking after entries and they did it straight away
I thought that if we are doing this for parkruns then we could do it for races too, what do you think?
