So W7R1 turned into 5k in 38mins...

Can't believe I have actually completed 5k!

On the other hand it will be great to now continue the rest of the c25k plan and getting as close as I can to 5k in 30 mins knowing I can push myself longer if I need to at the fun run I'm doing in September.

Well done you!!!!

I'm a month post Grad and still can't break the 5k 30 mins - closest I get is 32 mins and have a 10k run next weekend but have completed that distance twice - I'm just happy to shuffle around and concentrate on speed later

Well done and keep on running!!!!!

Cheers dude! 10k? Good work! Is there a similar plan to the nhs c25k you've been using? All the best for the race!

Thanks no haven't followed any given plan just hit the road and increased by 10% each week - its all about listening to your body and gauging how well you feel on each run - two times 10k were in 1hr 11 and 1hr 15 so not going to break any speed records!!!!!
