I have been very nervous about this run (I think more about not being able to complete it) but I got into a comfortable rhythm and before I knew it I'd run for 10 minutes. At around 15 minutes started to get sore groins (have asked about in question section) but continued and apart from the sore groins did it with ease and could have carried on.
Roll on week 6, 7, 8, 9 and graduation
