There seems to be a common theme in recent blog posts - miserable weather for June. Some folk have found it easier than others but it's an amazing credit to the programme that we are going out in this at all!

It is isn't it? But I think once the running bug gets you it makes you go out whatever the weather!

Did my very first outdoor run today, Usually a treadmill girl but mine has gone on the blink so out I went.

Not liking the uneven ground or the hills too much..but the breeze (or rather gusting wind) makes it all worth it!
