Doing that run on Wednesday, I’m trying not to let the gremlins into my brain!

I enjoyed it, I found the middle run harder than the last one. No harder than the week 4 runs. I’m learning to trust the app and believe that I will be ready for each run 🏃‍♀️

Someone pointed out earlier that run 2 is 16 mins running and a 5 minute brisk walk which is 21 mins, run 3 is 20 mins run, only 4 mins extra running and apparently getting into a rhythm over 20 mins without stopping actually makes a bit easier. Listen to some favourite songs and sing your way through it...that’s my plan...don’t care if onlookers think I’m weird!

Just listen to the people who’ve done it. Most people panic when they first see it but very few need to repeat it. Indeed other runs in the programme catch more people out than W5R3 does. So be really careful not to talk yourself out of it. Stop getting excuses ready because you’re not going to need them: THOUSANDS of people have done this before you based on the SAME training you have done. Calm down, slow down, and run.

That’s all you can do, and trust the programme x

Remember if you feel like stopping, slow down instead. Amazing the difference it makes even when you think you’re done.
