This run was definitely harder than the previous one (maybe shouldn't have gone out last night!) but pulled through without too much trouble. Might look at running a little slower; I think I sped up this time and as a result was more tired than usual at the end. I even developed a very slight stitch, which hasn't happened before on this program!

Anyway, looking forward to week 3!

You must be a run or two behind me, I did W3 R2 yesterday. Don't worry about speed yet, you are still building up your stamina.
