Finished W3 this evening and it went really well. Once again in the rain with my mental dog. Wanted to carry on at the end as I had done on the previous runs of W3 but was a tad worried about the twinges in my knees and ankle. Started walking the 5 min cool down whilst the dog and my daughters zoomed off down the lane and next thing I knew I was running again and it felt good. I am so ready for the challenge of W4. My whole attitude and outlook on life has changed beynd belief in the past 3 weeks and long may it last. Another positive, I lost another 2lb this week making 11.5lb in 4 weeks. What more could a girl want?
