After having a really good run2 of week 3 day before yesterday, I wasnt anticipating a really bad run today.
I did it at the same speed as two days ago (11kph), but a 1% incline. The first ninety second run felt really hard, the following three minute run felt like it was going on for ever. I only just managed to finish the second ninety seconds, with only ninety seconds slow down i wasnt sure i could make it.
The last three minutes, oh, i was determined to not stop, but at the last minute i had to drop the pace down to 9kph. By the end of the three minutes, i thought i was going to actually vomit all over the treadmill.
Week 4 is coming up, can i do those five minutes? (the terrible music does not make the time feel easy to pass).
