W2 R3 but I've had a break!

Got as far as week 2 run 3 but have not run for about 3 weeks. I don't know if I should just start again or carry on where I left off? Its been on my mind all the time I haven't been running and would really like to get back into the swing of things again but don't know where to start!!!! I would be really grateful for some advice. Thank you.

  • Welcome back! Why not have a go at where you left off and if its no good, go back a week. You lose nothing by trying! Good luck.
