The alarm went off at 6:00am as usual, just has the dream became interesting, ( oh! how I hate that alarm clock?).
I open one eye and groaned like a slumbering giant, why?
After 5 mins I rose out bed and slowly got dressed, I could hear the rain outside and seriously considered going back to bed. I grabbed my most valued I-pod and headed out.
Outside was cold and wet, I wanted to go back inside but knew if I did I would regret it. So I began the 5 min warm up walk, I wish Laura would do I pod cast that says, "if it's wet and cold outside you don't have to go out, just stay in you nice warm bed and sleep". I most definately would download that podcast and obey the instructions.
Anyhow I started the running section, first 5 mins I hated but after that I woke up and started to enjoy the run. The time flew by, I couldn't believe it.
6 weeks ago running was a dirty word but now i had just ran for 25 mins.
Miracles can happen, I completed week 6 run 3 and I feel good.
Now looking forward to week 7
