have just done my first of week 3 on a 3 minute run .and i enjoyed it .am enjoying the podcasts so far use them on my treamill.as dont have the confidence to jog/run outside.

That's great, but don't worry about going outside, no one looks at you, that was my main worry, but only thing I had is the odd "morning" and love beng outside now...your doing gr8 I'm on week2.
I hate running outside I have hayfever which causes problems and tend to gwt demotivated easily outside and slow down or stop however in the gym its not as easy to stop the treadmill quickly so just keep going I'm 2 stone over weight so not a pretty sight BUT I'M not sitting on the couch its great to exercise any way you choose to keep going I'm now on W4R2 and love every second be warned its adictive ! Well done. I didn't venture outside till week 8 run 2 but I wouldn't go back to a treadmill now (barring icy conditions!).
I love running outside, lucky to live in a beautiful part of the world and so enjoy looking at the scenery and the wildlife the time just flies by!
I do tend to go quieter areas but am building up my confidence now so also now go where "proper" runners go too!

I'm lucky to live near a lovely park ... I much prefer my runs there to ones on the road. I'd hate to run in a gym with all the mirrors!
not into gyms either have a spare room got treadmill in and tv.. in september of this year its has taken me 2 years to loose 5 stone and 8lb.got a couple more to go so i thought i would give this a blast.. as defo would not of done it carrying the extra weight.
Its lovely outside - I'd never done any exercise before and was really worried but then thought who cares what others think at least I'm giving it a go.
And if you can run for 3 minutes you're better than me!
