Today, I finally did it - 3rd run of week nine! I can run for 30 minutes and I am sooooooo happy about it. Thank you for the great programme, it really works! Here's to maintaining the fitness I have developed over the past nine weeks........ still very excited about what I have achieved. Happy running!
