At Easter I begn this programme with the encouragement and support of my wonderful daughter. Since then she has returned to University and those of you who have been following my blogs will know that I have pushed on through to graduation on my own. I have been determined to be able to run 5k so that I would be able to run with her in the Race for Life on the 10 June. My daughter has come home for a week and today we ran together for the very first time since Easter. It was fantastic to be able to not only keep up with her but to run for over 30mins!
