Week9 final run done - feeling fabulous!

Yay ! So pleased to have run 5k in my last run - well over 30 mins but I can live with that 🙂. Following this programme is the most positive thing I have done in a long while . I used to be very sporty years back but became unfit in unimpressive fashion . Hoping this programme has halted this trend . Very thankful for all the posts and advice . For anyone who has big doubts like I did , just go for it and trust the programme!
