That I would be running for 3 minutes! Gobsmacked. But it has been a great two weeks and it feels good to be at the start of week 3.
Wish me luck though, because I am off on hols tomorrow to Cornwall with my(Week 1 newbie) husband and younger daughter to see older daughter in her last month at uni, So that means I will do the next two or three runs in the Cornish lanes around the caravan site.
But getting more and more confidence and almost feel like 'a runner' out there!
