I finished W2 R2 about a week ago and was excited about only having one run left before going on to week 3. The day after the run we had rain for a few days. I don't mind running in the warm weather but not in the cold so I gave it a miss for a few days (it is winter here). Now I have a bad head cold and my head feels like it is going to explode (am on day 3 of my cold). It has now been almost a week since I last ran and I think I will be able to go out tomorrow night (weather permitting). Should I start week 2 all over again?
