PHEW what a scorcher - Tried W9R3 on Saturday stupidly at 2pm in 27 degree heat - Couldnt breath properly and legs felt like lead!!!

This was the first run i couldnt complete and i was so disapointed

Will try and graduate tonight when its a tad cooler!!!!

Forget Saturday! You were just too excited to wait for sensible weather ...:)

The heat makes a HUGE difference - at least Saturday's run taught you how challenging the heat can be ! I'm sure you'll be fine tonight when it's cooler but good luck, anyway !

Thanks all - just went and graduated by doing 6k in 42 mins!!!!!

Saturday's failure taught me to be patient and listen to my body!!!

Even gave my neighbour a bit fat sweaty kiss as she was walking her dog!!!!

Poor lady didn't know what had hit her
