I missed Laura, I ha decided I was goingt o try running with my own music, set up a 45 minute playlist and set off. Was fine did all the running and ran for more than 30 mins but have to say I missed Laura's prompts and encouragement, although I preferred my music...oh well may do some with Laura and some without, see how I feel! Still loving running though which is great!
