W2 R1 with sore leg?

was already scared to try W2 but after reading on here thought i would give it a go and not stay on W1 but my leg is still hurting. Finished W1 wednesday was going to run friday but leg was still sore so thought i would leave it one more day thinking it would be better but its not and if i leave it another day i wont fit 3 in a week and worried i just wont bother then again. dont know what to do, any help or suggestions, anyone???

is your leg up to walking it instead of running it? Alternate slower and faster walks?
