W2 R1 with sore leg?

was already scared to try W2 but after reading on here thought i would give it a go and not stay on W1 but my leg is still hurting. Finished W1 wednesday was going to run friday but leg was still sore so thought i would leave it one more day thinking it would be better but its not and if i leave it another day i wont fit 3 in a week and worried i just wont bother then again. dont know what to do, any help or suggestions, anyone???

  • is your leg up to walking it instead of running it? Alternate slower and faster walks?

    It would keep you in the groove.
