This running malarkey......

Makes me think that I am size 6 and can therefore eat what I like, purely off the back of doing 3 runs a week! I'm not and I can't!

No wonder I've not lost a pound. My appetite has gone through the roof. Anyone else?

On the positive side, I had a fab 30 min run at 6am this morning....what on earth has happened to me.

I've just posted a question about dehydration/hydration. One of the common things that happens to our body when we are dehydrated is we think we are realy hungry when in fact all we need is water. Next time you've been out for a run before tucking into food try taking a drink of water, juice or tea, it may help to alleviate the hunger pangs. Our bodies need a lot more in this warmer weather too. I find its not just the day I have run either its the following day. So I drink extra on a rest day which helps to hydrate the body for the following run day too.

I graduate this weekend and my weight has stayed exactly the same throughout. I have definitely been eating more though so now that I've got this cracked I need to focus on healthy eating and then hopefully the weight will start to shift! Nice tip about the extra fluid @Oldgirl. I always go straight for the fridge....

I am the same, think that running for half an hour gives me the right to eat whatever I like....The scales say different! ;)
